The role

As a Client Services Director you will be in a prominent, senior role within the business. You will be a natural leader who enjoys inspiring excellence from your team across a broad spectrum of medical communication projects. The right candidate will demonstrate an instinct for highly commercial and strategic solutions, combined with a track record of success in delivering plans and projects.

You will be eager to make a real impact by growing your area of the business, building client relationships and providing strong leadership to account teams in the US and in Europe.

The requirements

  • Over 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or medical communications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills //Line management/mentoring experience
  • Demonstrable experience in leading account/action plans and providing strategic direction for project development
  • Demonstrable experience in creative development and preparation of proposals and pitches for new business, including experience in attending and presenting at pitches
  • The ability to identify growth opportunities for existing accounts, as well as new business opportunities
