What is Ignite?
Ignite is the Prime Global graduate scheme. It provides you with a first year in industry that is both supportive and intellectually stimulating, You will have the chance to experience working in selected Prime Global agencies, whilst gaining skills working across different accounts in the various aspects of MedComms.
What are the entry requirements?
Most people who join Ignite will be a graduate or postgraduate, however this is not always the case. We look at each applicant as an individual and will look at each candidates merits when deciding whom to offer a place. If you are unsure about this please don’t hesitate to contact us.

With the support you need to Ignite your career.
The Ignite scheme provides structured support as you navigate your first year working in industry.
First and foremost, you will be working in one of agencies, as an Associate Medical Writer or Associate Account Executive, depending on the route you choose. You’ll then have a structured series of catch-ups, meetings and ‘coffee breaks’ with your mentors and managers, to ensure you remain on the right track.
The Ignite programme ends with promotion, which usually takes around 12 months. At this point you have graduated from Ignite, and will become a Scientific Writer or Account Executive.

Scientific Services
If you take this route, you’ll be involved in a wide range of medical communications projects and should have a real passion for producing content to the highest possible standards of grammatical and scientific accuracy. The right candidate will enjoy adapting content and style according to client objectives for a variety of different target audiences and subject areas. You will liaise with a range of medical experts and you will keep up-to-date with therapeutic areas, as well as good publication practices and other industry guidelines and processes.
Client Services
Following the client services route, you will play an important role in maintaining and supporting the day-to-day relationships between our business and our clients. Naturally confident and outgoing, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as enthusiasm for getting stuck into a wide variety of projects.
Market Access
