Through environmental, social, and governance (ESG) foundations, we aim to build a better atmosphere for our employees and stakeholders. As a company with a global workforce, it is important that we make a positive difference to the world around us, as well as in our local communities.

What Is Our ESG Policy?

We are currently participating in a number of different ESG initiatives, including:

Carbon Offset

Our international business travel programme allows us to offset carbon emissions produced as we aim for net zero. We’re supporting the Conservation Coast Forest Conservations REDD+ project in Guatemala.

Social

We are committed to offering our employees safe and healthy working environments. This includes striving for employee satisfaction as well as promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce. We listen to our people and use feedback to continually improve.

Health and Wellbeing

As a business in the medical communications industry, is important that we ensure our employees not only have healthy working environments but also high-quality health programmes. Not only do we operate our WORKsmart scheme, allowing employee flexibility around core hours and home or hybrid working, we also provide private medical insurances, a healthcare cash plan and more. Charity

We regard charitable support and engagement as part of our responsibility to ensure we positively contribute towards our society. In the past year, we have donated to charities such as Rainforest Action Network, Environmental Defense Fund, and the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal through various fundraisers and challenges.

Governance

We are committed to ensuring a high standard of integrity and accountability within our company. This includes running the business responsibly as well as having transparency around decision-making and reporting. As well as this, we always ensure our clients have our absolute support, including through Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and via platforms such as EcoVadis.

As a company with a global workforce, we recognise our responsibility to contribute positively to the environment and communities around us and ensure that our operations are sustainable. Since Prime Global was established 25 years ago, we have followed the principles of what is now known as ESG, and we’re always looking for ways to improve. Having already achieved the 2030 benchmark for EcoVadis, gaining the Bronze Level accreditation for 2021, we are very proud of the work we have done so far towards our ESG strategy.
